Because Harvest-N-Hive operates entirely on a Pre-Order basis, we do not ship items through the mail or offer standard storefront browsing. Instead, we gather once a week to hand off the freshest harvests, bakes, and creations directly from our vendors to your hands.

🗓️ The Weekly Schedule & Cut-Offs

To give our farmers, bakers, and artisans enough time to harvest and handcraft your orders fresh, we stick to a strict weekly timeline:

  • Ordering Window: Open 24/7 online for the upcoming market week.
  • Sunday Cut-off: Firmly at 11:59 PM. (Orders placed after Sunday midnight will roll over to the following week’s Tuesday pickup).
  • Market Pickup Day: Every Tuesday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM Only.

⚠️ Important Note: Because our producers bring fresh, temperature-sensitive items (like dairy, fresh produce, and baked goods) specifically for you, items can only be claimed during the 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM window. Unclaimed orders cannot be shipped or held past 3:00 PM.


🚗 How Pickup Works (Step-by-Step)

  1. Bring Your Confirmation: Have your order confirmation email ready on your smartphone, or bring a quick printout of your order number.
  2. Arrive at the Grounds: Look for the prominent Harvest-N-Hive Market signs and our designated check-in station.
  3. Check-In: Our market host will greet you, verify your name and order number, and direct you to your basket or your vendors.
  4. Bring Reusable Bags: While your items will be neatly sorted, we highly recommend bringing your own reusable shopping bags or cooler bags to transport your fresh items home safely!

💬 Frequently Asked Questions

Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Yes! If you can’t make it between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, you can absolutely send a family member, friend, or neighbor. Just ensure they have a copy of your order confirmation email or your exact order number so we can verify the hand-off.

What happens if I miss the 3:00 PM deadline?

Because our producers travel in locally and deal with highly perishable items, we cannot store or hold items past 3:00 PM. Unclaimed orders are non-refundable, as the vendors have already dedicated their inventory and time to fulfilling them. Can I buy extra items at the pickup location?

Harvest-N-Hive is primarily a pre-order distribution market. While some vendors might bring a handful of extra items for spontaneous purchase, the only way to guarantee you get what you want is to place your pre-order before Sunday at 11:59 PM.
