This is for a one-day rental for our Food Prep Area space on our prime market day – Saturday. Electricity, sink, microwave, refrigerator/freezer provided. No refunds for inclement weather once Market Day has started … deposit will still be eligible for refund to Vendor, provided Market Manager inspects and approves Food Prep Area is clean prior to Vendor closing the Food Prep Area for the day.
Vendors are responsible for providing ALL of the following as a MUST:
1.) A $25.00 cleaning deposit is included in the rental fee and is fully refundable upon passing the Market Manager’s inspection prior to Vendor closing the Food Prep Area for the day. Minimum of two (2) clean, 55-gallon plastic (Rubber Maid style) trash cans with sufficient quantity of plastic bags for a busy Saturday market … one trash can will be for use inside the Food Prep Area, and one will be for use immediately outside the Food Prep Area by Market Customers.
2.) Vendor is responsible for providing cleaning supplies to clean the Food Prep Area prior to closing for the day.
3.) Vendors are to provide their own concessions, food products, dishes for food preparation, utensils, etc.
